● By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following terms.● I do not allow my art to be used for AI, NFTs, or similar purposes. Please do not upload it to any AI sites, as this could put my artwork at risk.● The artist has the right to refuse the requested commission or the client without any justification.● I have the right to publish your finished artwork (commission) in my gallery, social media, etc.; for any reason (unless you want it to be private, in which case you will have to specify this beforehand).● Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" therefore neither I nor the Client have any intention of physically shipping anything.● If you have any questions, please reach out to me!◆ I do:

REVISIONS:

● You will receive WIPs (work in progress images) from time to time to check poses, colors, etc. You can request a WIP at any time.● Up to two major revisions can be made at the beginning of the work (sketch, color proof). Only minor adjustments can be made afterward.● Changes will be made at the sketch stage only. Color corrections will be made at the color stage.● Any changes to the character or subject matter will be subject to a fee, and the fee will depend on the nature of the change.● I will not redraw a completed work unless payment is received for a second order.● You will receive a jpg or png file of the drawing, sent via email or any other way the artist can send it to you.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:

● All commissions are ideally delivered within 3-4 months - you can pay a rush fee if you wish.● If you have not notified me of a deadline, you should not send reminders until a 4 week period has passed. Reminders will be ignored if they relate to work I have prioritised over your order, including other commissions and artwork to be gifted.● Again, completion may vary based on workload and other circumstances (family emergency, etc.)

RIGHTS AND USE:

● The privacy request means that I am not allowed to share any work in progress on social media, nor can I stream the commission process anywhere (this is especially important to consider if you are a vtuber and want me to keep the assets private until your debut).● As an artist, I reserve all rights to my artwork. I may publish, stream, use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion, and save the start-to-finish process of commissioned works in my portfolio, social media sites, etc. unless otherwise stated (in which case you must specify this in advance).

● Full 100% refunds will only be given if no work was done OR there were issues in the commission process (issues the artist had and was unable to finish the order) 100% will be refunded.
